Narcissistic Abuse Recovery

Esra Nihan Bridge, LMFT

Esra Nihan Bridge

Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist/ Supervisor

With over a decade of professional experience, I specialize in relationship challenges, family conflicts, and relational trauma—particularly narcissistic abuse recovery.

Relationships can be deeply rewarding, but when struggles arise, they can feel overwhelming and exhausting, throwing the rest of your life off balance. However, some of life’s most fulfilling moments come from close relationships, and the quality of our connections profoundly impacts our happiness and well-being. Investing in their growth and health is key to a fulfilling life.

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist trained in multiple modalities, my approach is attachment-based and integrative, drawing from evidence-based methods such as Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Gottman Method Couples Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Relational Life Therapy (RLT). I also offer Brainspotting to help process trauma and emotional distress.

Together, we will explore how your relationships shape who you are. Through deep reflection and insight, we’ll uncover how past experiences may be influencing your current patterns and challenges. We will work toward healing, growth, and fostering deeper, more authentic relationships. I incorporate psychoeducation in each session, equipping you with practical tools to manage emotions, navigate conflicts, improve communication, and resolve issues effectively.

Throughout my career, I have worked with thousands of individuals, couples, and families, facilitating seminars and classes globally. In addition to therapy, I provide clinical supervision for pre-licensed clinicians, supporting their professional growth and licensure journey.

As a culturally competent therapist with extensive international experience, I enjoy working with individuals and couples from all backgrounds. My passion is helping people build stronger, healthier relationships—because when our relationships thrive, so do we.

If you’re ready to take meaningful steps toward healing and connection—whether with your partner, family, or loved ones—I would be honored to support you. Let’s begin this journey together.
