Individual & Couples Therapy in South Florida

Location: Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Serving Florida, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Virginia via telehealth.

Individual Therapy

People seek individual therapy for many different reasons. Some of the most common concerns I help clients with include:

• Relationship challenges
• Family conflict
• Trauma and relational trauma
• Emotional abuse and narcissistic abuse recovery
• Anxiety and depression
• Codependency and people-pleasing patterns
• Grief and loss
• Life transitions and personal growth
• Support for expats, immigrants, and members of the international community

Whatever brings you to therapy, you do not have to face it alone. Together, we can explore the challenges you are carrying, gain insight into recurring patterns, process difficult emotions, and develop healthier ways of relating to yourself and others. My goal is to provide a supportive, compassionate space where healing, growth, and meaningful change can occur.

Couples Therapy

While relationships are deeply rewarding, they often face seasons of struggle and hurt. When that connection feels strained by conflict, distance, misunderstandings, or past hurts, it can leave both partners feeling lonely, disconnected, and uncertain about how to move forward. You are not alone in this struggle; we can navigate these waves together to help your relationship find its way back to solid ground. Some of the reasons couples seek therapy:

  • Communication
  • Conflict Resolution
  • Affair Recovery and Rebuilding Trust
  • Emotional and Physical Intimacy
  • Intercultural and Cross-Cultural Relationships
  • Premarital Counseling

Brainspotting Therapy

Brainspotting is a powerful, brain-body focus that helps you navigate and heal from trauma and it helps access and process unresolved emotional pain at a deeper level. By identifying specific eye positions connected to emotional activation, Brainspotting helps the brain process and release experiences that may be contributing to distress, anxiety, relationship challenges, and other emotional difficulties.

Many clients find Brainspotting helpful for:

• Trauma and PTSD
• Anxiety and chronic stress
• Depression
• Grief and loss
• Relationship and attachment wounds
• Emotional overwhelm
• Performance anxiety
• Difficult life transitions
